No. Referring a patient to New Hope is completely free — for you and for them. There is no cost associated with any of our services.

We serve cancer patients and caregivers in our community. Currently, we provide $50 gift cards to help with everyday expenses during treatment — eligibility is assessed when patients apply. Educational and navigational resources are available to anyone at no cost, with no eligibility requirements.

We aim to contact referred patients within 1–2 business days of receiving the referral. If a situation is urgent, please note that in the referral form and contact us directly.

No clinical details are required. We only need basic contact information and a general sense of the patient's primary needs. We are not a clinical organization and do not require or retain medical records.
